工作職責(zé)：For Service Intern 服務(wù)實(shí)習(xí)生:1. 協(xié)助為客人提供精準(zhǔn)且個(gè)性化的餐飲服務(wù)，確保符合酒店的卓越標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Assist in providing precise and personalized food and beverage service to guests, ensuring it meets the hotel‘s impeccable standards.2. 熟悉餐桌布置、擺臺(tái)及各種服務(wù)流程。Become proficient in table setting, mise－en－place, and various service sequences.3. 確保工作區(qū)域的整潔與衛(wèi)生，遵守所有健康安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to all health and safety standards.4. 積極與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員合作，為客人創(chuàng)造難忘的用餐體驗(yàn)。Proactively collaborate with team members to create memorable dining experiences for guests.For Culinary Intern 廚房實(shí)習(xí)生:1. 在廚師長的指導(dǎo)下，協(xié)助完成食材的初加工、準(zhǔn)備和擺盤。Assist in food preparation, mise－en－place, and plating under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.2.學(xué)習(xí)并遵守廚房的衛(wèi)生、安全及食品儲(chǔ)存標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Learn and adhere to the kitchen‘s sanitation, safety, and food storage standards.3. 熟悉各類烹飪技巧和廚房設(shè)備的安全操作。Become familiar with various cooking techniques and the safe operation of kitchen equipment.4. 保持工作臺(tái)、用具及廚房環(huán)境的整潔。Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and the overall kitchen environment.5. 支持廚房團(tuán)隊(duì)完成每日運(yùn)營任務(wù)。Support the culinary team in daily operational tasks.任職資格：教育背景: 目前正在攻讀酒店管理、烹飪或相關(guān)專業(yè)的大專/本科課程。Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Hospitality Management, Culinary or a related field.服務(wù)意識(shí): 注重細(xì)節(jié)，擁有出色的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)，致力于追求卓越。Detail－oriented with a strong customer service ethos and a commitment to excellence.身體狀況: 能夠適應(yīng)輪班工作（早班/晚班/周末/節(jié)假日），并長時(shí)間站立工作。Ability to work on shifts （early/late, weekends, and public holidays） and stand for long periods.
