崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工作職責(zé):
1. Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. Assists the Chef in training associates.
根據(jù)工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、備料單、照片及上級指示準(zhǔn)備食物,協(xié)助廚師長培訓(xùn)員工。
2. Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen. Prepares and cooks food in all areas of the kitchen as and when directed.
參與提高食品質(zhì)量,保證廚房運(yùn)作的順利進(jìn)行。當(dāng)接到指示時(shí)廚房的所有區(qū)域都要進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。
3. Participates in the control of associates. Participates in associate’s development Participates in the control of food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition.
協(xié)助管理員工,為員工發(fā)展提供幫助,參與食物的質(zhì)量控制,提高產(chǎn)品的菜色和味道。
4. Ensure consistent check and supervision on food and beverage items during operation, making feedback as appropriate.
在營運(yùn)過程中將對于餐飲產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn)和監(jiān)督貫穿始終,并在適當(dāng)?shù)那闆r下作出反饋。
5. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
執(zhí)行分派的任何合理任務(wù)和額外職責(zé)。
任職資格:
1.5年以上或星級酒店背景
2.精通粵菜技法:熟練掌握爆、炒、烹、燜、煎、炸等技法
3.團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作:能配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成高峰時(shí)段出餐任務(wù)
4.有責(zé)任心以及管理能力
