Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating,?Specializes in the maintenance and repair of hotel laundry and kitchen equipment.?And respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient,?courteous?and professional manner to achieve?maximum?customer satisfaction while?complying with?all Four Seasons’ policies.?
This role is part of the Engineering department, reporting to the assistant director of Engineering.

What you will do:?

- Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update?appropriate logs?
- 實(shí)施并負(fù)責(zé)所有設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)，并更新相關(guān)記錄。?
- Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers,?chillers?and associated equipment throughout the entire building?
- 診斷并處理整棟樓宇內(nèi)所有設(shè)備的維修，包括電機(jī)、啟動器、斷路器、冷水機(jī)組及相關(guān)設(shè)備。?
- Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.?

- Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public?area?in a timely manner.?

- Take an active part in elevator professional training; Familiar with elevator safety rules and regulations; A valid certification is necessary?

- Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.?

What?you bring:?

- A minimum of?one year of administrative?experience,?preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent?experience?is required.?

- Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety?systems?and equipment?
