【Job Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)】:
1. Responsible for guest reception at the hotel, providing professional and warm welcome and farewell services.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店賓客接待工作,提供專業(yè)熱情的迎送服務(wù)。
2. Handle daily guest inquiries and requests, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
處理賓客日常咨詢及需求,及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門解決。
3.Collect and provide feedback on guest opinions, and maintain accurate customer profile information.
收集并反饋賓客意見,完善客戶檔案信息。
4. Assist in handling guest complaints and emergencies.
協(xié)助處理賓客投訴及突發(fā)事件。
5. Maintain order and environmental quality in the lobby area.
維護(hù)大堂區(qū)域秩序與環(huán)境品質(zhì)。
6. Complete other guest service tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成上級交辦的其他對客服務(wù)事項(xiàng)。
