1. Responsible for Golden Circle and VIP guests.?
負責貴賓金環(huán)會會員及VIP。
2. Assist guests to ensure that they receive care during their stay.
協(xié)助并確保客人在入住期間得到的照顧。
3. Coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs.
協(xié)調(diào)相關部門時刻滿足顧客的需求。
4. Assist Front Desk during heavy check-in, check-out and full house.
在提高入住和退房，以及滿房時協(xié)助前臺。
5. Ensure that Guest Relations team provides a courteous and professional service in a proper manner at all times.
確保賓客關系的團隊以適當?shù)姆绞教峁┒Y貌和專業(yè)的服務。
We are looking for someone who:我們正在尋找一位具備以下條件的候選人：
1.? experience in Guest Relations of International class hotel.
具備國際酒店賓客關系經(jīng)驗
2. Be familiar with FD service steps and the Opera system.
熟練前臺操作流程及Opera系統(tǒng)
3. Excellent Skill in communicating with debtors.

4. Good guest service sense and professional skills.
